Customer Service Agent
Andrew Aguta joined HotelOnline in 2019 as part of the Reservations/Communications team. He is responsible for inbound calls, outbound calls and client communications. He is also involved in the planning of the company's social events bringing a sense of uniqueness and creativity to HotelOnline.
He has a Diploma in ICT from Zetech University and is an accomplished, accredited music producer and sound engineer.
Before joining our team, Andrew worked in junior marketing at Real Drinks East Africa, in a sales position at Tru Entertainment Studio, at Horizon Contact Centers as a Customer Care Representative and at Westcon Contractors Limited as their Chief Digital Sales Marketing Officer.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys working on his music and graphic design in his studio. He also likes performing live and attending music events.
