Hellen has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Moi University and experience in client relations and customer service.
She has been involved in the tours and travel sector since 2015. She has worked with multiple travel agencies concentrating in The East African markets. She was a Travel Consultant for corporate and leisure clients mostly traveling to East Africa before joining HotelOnline. Through this experience, she learned how to effectively handle demanding travel arrangements to East Africa.
Her passion, travel experience, knowledge of East Africa, and attention to every aspect of clients' travel plans make Her an invaluable member of the HotelOnline team as a Customer Service Agent.
Hellen enjoys traveling and taking nature walks to see wildlife, birds, and trees. She is also a big Beyonce fan.
