Regina joined HotelOnline's Communication Team as a Customer Service Executive in 2018. She holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management  from Kenya Utalii College.

Reginah holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management  from Kenya Utalii College. She Joined HotelOnline (then Savanna Sunrise) in February 2016 as part of the Onboarding Team, where she was involved in listing hotels and their contents on various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).

In October 2018, she joined the Reservations Team as a Reservations Agent, where she handled bookings and liaison for hotel guests. She later joined the Communication Team, which is part of the Reservations Team, as a Customer Service Executive.

Reginah loves traveling and has traveled to different countries including Uganda.

She is fluent in English and Swahili, and is conversant in German.
